who upon this day have agreed the following:
1. Duties and obligations of the service provider
The HUS.institute provides a networking platform and matchmaking events with innovation leaders which take place at least twice a year. The beneficiary is entitled with an exclusive right to be informed 10 days in advance of the general public about the dates of these events. The beneficiary additionally has the right to refer to himself as being “a fellow of THE HUS.institute” in public and use the service provider´s logo for his social media activities.
2. Duties and obligations of the beneficiary
In return natural persons pay an annual fee in the amount of CHF 2.500,-
However, legal entities pay an annual fee in the amount of CHF 7.500,-
3. Duration and termination of contract
This contract will come into force on the day the service provider confirms this contract in written form electronically via email and shall remain in effect for a period of 12 months. It may be terminated by one of the two parties with three month’s notice.
In case of termination the beneficiary does not receive a reimbursement.
All of the service provider´s obligations expire once the service provider confirms the beneficiary´s termination in written via email.
5. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
The parties elect Vaduz as the non-exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising under this contract. The law of Liechtenstein shall apply.
6. Severability clause
Should any of the clauses of these Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected.
This contract was prepared and signed in duplicate. It shall immediately enter into force upon being signed by the parties thereto.
